What We Do

Soroptimist International of Carson Valley is a part of an international organization of professional women dedicated to improving the lives of women and children in our community and worldwide.

SICV is a part of the Sierra Nevada Region, Soroptimist International of the Americas, and Soroptimist International.

We raise money to provide scholarships and fund programs that support our mission of improving the lives of women and children.

Carson Valley Days Buttons Now on Sale!

The tradition of the Carson Valley Days buttons continues. Every year, parade-goers who are caught without their buttons are put into our "jail" and brought down the parade route to Lampe Park where they must be bailed out by family and friends.
